Machine Tools & Construction Machinery

Rolling bearing is used to determine the relative motion position of machine tool rotating shaft and other parts, which plays a supporting or guiding role in the machine tool. Wind power industry

The working conditions are relatively harsh, and the temperature, humidity and bearing load vary greatly. Therefore, the bearing is required to have good sealing performance and lubrication performance, impact resistance, long life and high reliability.For example, in the blade spindle bearing, the blade main shaft is supported by two spherical roller bearing. Since the main shaft of the blade is subjected to a very large load and the shaft is long and easily deformed, it is required that the bearing must have good alignment performance.   It is recommended to use the roller bearing cage with centering function and high load.Material recommendation: PA66+GF33(Dupont) is generally used, and use reinforced and toughened nylon.
